1) Flexible, one direction

These fabrics are woven with rods or flat strips in one direction and with wire cables in the other. Because these fabrics can be rolled for shipping, oversize lengths are available. Fewer seams and simple fastening techniques result in comparatively low installation costs.

Flexible, two directions

Woven with cables and flexible rods, these fabrics are the most clothlike. In addition, they share ease of shipping and installation with the flexible, one-direction fabrics.

These fabrics are constructed from rigid rods and/or flat strips that have been crimped prior to weaving. Because they must be shipped as flat panels, size restrictions may apply.
